New Industrial Park “Agro-Innovation Hub” Registered in Ukraine: Business Growth Opportunities in Uman

The industrial map of Ukraine has been expanded with a new strategic asset. On June 18, by a Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the private industrial park “Agro-Innovation Hub,” located in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region, was officially entered into the state register. It became the 121st industrial park in Ukraine.

The concept development and comprehensive support throughout the registration process for this large-scale project were managed by the team of the “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” Group of Companies, led by CEO Valeriy Kyrylko. For their team, this marks the 49th successfully registered industrial park.

About the “Agro-Innovation Hub” Industrial Park:

  • Format: The park is established based on a brownfield model, utilizing a former industrial territory, which significantly optimizes initial capital investments.
  • Scale: The total area of the land plot spans 23 hectares.
  • Specialization: The primary focus of the site is agro-processing and the comprehensive development of enterprises within the agricultural sector.
  • Economic Impact: The total investment volume for the development of the industrial park is estimated at over UAH 400 million. The implementation of the project is projected to create approximately 1,000 new jobs in the region.

The core advantage of the “Agro-Innovation Hub” is the presence of existing manufacturing facilities and connected engineering utilities on the property. This infrastructure will allow future residents to significantly accelerate the launch of their manufacturing operations and speed up overall park development.

Expert Support and International Prospects

Registering the park is only the first step toward building an effective industrial ecosystem. As noted by Elena Podolska, Co-founder of PB Energy Consulting, who directly oversees the industrial parks development sector, the infrastructure readiness of the “Agro-Innovation Hub” creates excellent prerequisites for attracting both Ukrainian and European manufacturers.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate, sales, and marketing across Ukraine, Canada, and Sweden, Elena Podolska emphasizes that the PB Energy Consulting team is fully prepared to provide the new hub’s residents with comprehensive support. This includes everything from energy consulting and engineering grid connection optimization to leveraging strategic contacts to help manufacturers find new target markets and sales channels within Europe.

We congratulate the project initiators on their successful registration and wish them a swift realization of all planned projects. Let’s rebuild the economy of Ukraine together!
