“Agro-Innovation Hub” Industrial Park, Uman

The ‘Agro-Innovation Hub’ Industrial Park is a new private brownfield industrial park located in the city of Uman, in the Cherkasy region. The project has been developed on the site of a former industrial area covering 23 hectares and was officially registered in the state register by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 18 June. The concept and full support for the registration process were provided by the ‘Industrial Parks of Ukraine’ group of companies.

The park’s main focus is on agro-processing and the development of enterprises in the agro-industrial sector. The site’s key advantage is the availability of ready-to-use production facilities and connected utilities, which significantly reduces the time required to launch new enterprises and accelerates the development of the entire area.

The total planned investment in the development of the industrial park amounts to over 400 million UAH. The implementation of this large-scale investment project will create around 1,000 new jobs, contributing to the recovery and strengthening of the region’s economy and that of Ukraine as a whole.
