“INTEGRAL” Industrial Park, Vinnytsia
The ‘INTEGRAL’ Industrial Park is a large-scale and ambitious industrial hub covering a total area of 17.9 hectares, being developed by Invest Holding Company LLC in the city of Vinnytsia. The project embodies the ‘Brownfield Revolution’ philosophy, involving the complete revitalisation and extensive modernisation of the derelict site of the former historic Vinnytsia Lamp Factory. As a result, rather than allowing the site to fall into disrepair, a modern, environmentally responsible and high-tech ecosystem is being created, successfully combining industrial traditions with innovation.
The park’s site has been carefully planned to accommodate a wide variety of business sectors and is divided into functional zones. The processing industry is underpinned by modern food production facilities, high-precision metalworking lines, spaces for mechanical engineering, and textile enterprises. Comprehensive security systems, round-the-clock CCTV surveillance and security personnel ensure reliable protection of the site.
Its strategic geographical location in Vinnytsia offers outstanding logistical advantages for operating in the domestic market and for international expansion. The park is situated at the intersection of the key European transport corridors E50 and E583. Its proximity to Vinnytsia International Airport (just 5 km away) is ideal for business travel and operational efficiency. Direct rail links to all regional centres in Ukraine and to ports enable products to be delivered to any part of the country within 24 hours, and to the European Union’s borders within a few hours. Furthermore, the distance to the Port of Odesa is 429 km, to Chișinău — 305 km, and to Przemyśl — 480 km.
Residents of the ‘Integral’ Industrial Park receive a comprehensive package of incentives to support business development. Financial benefits include favourable tax incentives (in particular, corporation tax relief, a simplified VAT refund procedure and accelerated depreciation), access to government programmes, cooperation with partner banks, participation in international grant programmes and venture capital funding.
