“Zakhid Resurs” Industrial Park, Lviv Region

The ‘Zakhid Resurs’ Industrial Park is a modern, next-generation industrial and logistics hub with a total area of 20.7 hectares (with the potential to expand to 200 hectares), located in the west of Ukraine in the town of Horodok (659A Lvivska Street, Lviv Oblast). The project is focused on international cooperation, working with the EU and creating optimal conditions for manufacturing, innovation and logistics.

The park borders two major logistics hubs, within which there are branches of the Lviv Customs Office, warehouses, customs brokerage firms and the State Consumer Service. The site enjoys a strategic transport location on the European E40 route, 24 km from Lviv and in close proximity to key customs checkpoints with Poland (51 km to Shehyni, 53 km to Krakivets, 71 km to Rava-Ruska).

The site is divided into functional zones allocated to participating companies and is equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure:

  • Electricity supply: technical specifications have been obtained for connection to the grid with a capacity of 20,000 kW; alternative sources (solar panels and gas generators) are also utilised.
  • Gas supply: via a medium-pressure gas pipeline 250 m from the park boundary, with a spare capacity of up to 800 Nm³/h.
  • Water supply: autonomous boreholes with a yield of between 2 and 8 m³/h.
  • Wastewater management: the construction of a centralised sewerage system is planned for 2025 under government programmes to promote industrial parks.

The resident’s main areas of activity cover the food industry and agricultural processing, light industry, wood processing, mechanical engineering, instrument manufacturing, as well as logistics and transport infrastructure. The project team, led by Director Yuriy Palys, offers flexible terms of cooperation (purchase or lease of land plots, as well as ready-to-use premises in classes A, A+, B and B+, and the construction of bespoke facilities on a ‘build-to-suit’ basis).
