“InPark Boryslav” Industrial Park
A furniture and processing cluster 70 km from Lviv: up to 100,000 m² of premises, lease from $4/m², 3 km to Truskavets.

The “InPark Boryslav” Industrial Park is located in the city of Boryslav in the Lviv region and was established to support the development of manufacturing enterprises, business relocation, and the implementation of new investment projects. The park offers modern industrial infrastructure, ready-to-use production space, and comprehensive solutions for companies operating in the manufacturing sector.
The total area of the industrial park is 20 hectares, and the project calls for the construction of approximately 100,000 m² of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The first large-scale investment project is already underway at the park—the construction of a 24,000 m² production complex for the Ukrainian company AMF, for which 5.3 hectares of land have been allocated.
Residents have access to production and warehouse facilities ranging in size from 200 to 10,000 m², as well as the option to build custom facilities tailored to their individual business needs. Standard production buildings are 6 meters high and equipped with industrial poured floors, sandwich panels, modern sectional doors, fire protection systems, and connected water, sewer, and electrical utilities. Rental rates start at $4 per m², and sale prices start at $420 per m².
One of the park’s main advantages is its convenient location. The site is just 70 km from Lviv, 3 km from the resort town of Truskavets, and close to international highway routes and border crossings with Poland. The distance to Kraków is approximately 340 km, to Warsaw—490 km, and to Budapest—500 km, which ensures convenient logistics for operating in both the Ukrainian and European markets.
The industrial park is equipped with all necessary utility networks and paved access roads. An additional advantage is the planned construction of a solar power plant with battery storage systems, which will increase the energy self-sufficiency of businesses and reduce operating costs.
The development concept for “InPark Boryslav” envisions the formation of an industry-specific manufacturing cluster, primarily in the furniture industry. The project is inspired by the experience of the Italian city of Manzano—one of Europe’s most renowned furniture clusters. This approach fosters cooperation among manufacturers, optimizes production processes, and helps create efficient supply chains.
Residents of the industrial park can take advantage of government incentives provided for by Ukrainian law, including exemptions from income tax, VAT, and import duties on new equipment. In addition, the management company provides organizational support, assistance in implementing investment projects, and optimization of shared costs.
The “InPark Boryslav” Industrial Park will be the ideal solution for manufacturing enterprises, the furniture industry, companies in the processing sector, and businesses seeking modern production facilities in the Lviv region with ready-to-use infrastructure, a strategic location, and prospects for long-term development.
