“ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” Industrial Park, Khmelnytskyi Oblast
The ‘Art Pack Industrial’ Industrial Park is a specialised, multi-functional production site covering an area of 10.2198 hectares, located in the village of Sharovechka near the city of Khmelnytskyi (Khmelnytskyi Oblast). The main concept of the project is to create a modern industrial cluster with a focus on accommodating a multifunctional printing complex and various types of printing works.
The site masterplan provides for the construction of up to 31,735 square metres of modern permanent buildings and structures. The planned layout of the areas includes:
- Industrial production buildings: up to 18,700 square metres.
- Warehouse premises: up to 7,800 square metres.
- Office and administrative premises: up to 5,200 square metres.
Engineering infrastructure and utilities (planned figures):
- Electricity supply: 5 MW.
- Water supply: 500 cubic metres per hour.
- Wastewater disposal (sewerage): provided for in the project.
- Gas supply: 100 cubic metres per hour.
Transport logistics: the site is adjacent to an access road and has convenient access to the M12 motorway and the E50 international road (in the immediate vicinity of Khmelnytskyi). A railway line runs alongside the village of Sharovechka; the large Grechany freight and passenger station and the Malynichi junction are located approximately 5 km away.
Residents are offered flexible cooperation options: the purchase or lease of land plots for new construction (with design support), as well as the construction of property in accordance with the client’s individual technical specifications (Build-to-Suit), followed by a lease and the right to purchase.
