“FORMENTOR” Industrial Park, Rivne Region

The ‘Formenter’ Industrial Park is a newly registered industrial technology park with a total area of 28.1092 hectares (greenfield site, privately owned), situated within the Velykoomelyanska territorial community in the Rivne district of the Rivne region. The project envisages the creation of a powerful industrial complex with a network of clusters and a modern specialised logistics centre to serve the domestic market and European Union countries.

The site enjoys a favourable logistical location, situated 7 km from Rivne, directly alongside the M-06 international motorway (Kyiv–Chop). All major modes of transport are within a 10-km radius: a motorway exit, Rivne railway station (Lviv Railway) and Rivne International Airport (4 km). The distance to Kyiv is 330 km, to Lutsk — 82 km, and to the border with Poland — 200 km. The region’s labour pool is drawn from the 1.1 million residents of Rivne Oblast and the 250,000 inhabitants of the city of Rivne.

The project provides for a well-developed infrastructure and utilities. The planned energy supply figures include 15 MW of electricity, a water supply of 150 cubic metres per hour and a gas supply of 1,000 cubic metres per hour. The access road is situated at the front of the site. Overall, the concept envisages the construction of up to 53,640 square metres of industrial premises, 6,336 square metres of warehouse space and 9,180 square metres of office and administrative buildings.

Flexible cooperation options are available to tenants: leasing of land plots for construction (with the option of design support) and a ‘build-to-suit’ format funded by the developer, followed by a lease or the right to purchase. Land may be transferred to participants through sale, lease or sublease.
