What is an industrial park

An industrial park is a dedicated area with a special legal status, prepared engineering infrastructure and defined operating rules, created to host manufacturing and logistics companies.

The park status gives the initiator and residents access to state preferences, while the sites themselves are designed to shorten production launch times — from utility connections to obtaining permits.

It depends on how ready the initiator’s documents are and on the workload of the relevant ministry — roughly from a few months up to a year from the moment the concept is submitted.

Residents of industrial parks may use exemption from import duty and VAT on new equipment, as well as other incentives provided by Ukrainian law for industrial parks.

Yes. Some parks offer ready production and warehouse premises for lease, as well as Build-to-Suit projects where the facility is built to the technological requirements of a specific company.

The park is run by a management company responsible for developing the territory, maintaining infrastructure, working with residents and reporting to the state. We either take on this role or help the initiator build an in-house team.

Yes. We prepare the project for talks with banks, international financial institutions and grant programmes, and support communication with potential investors.
